I have experience working with individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, anger, stress/burnout, grief and loss, adjustment disorder, relationship and work issues.
My approach is person centred, strength based, and non judgemental. I provide a safe and collaborative space for you to feel heard and to take steps towards your therapy goals. I have training and certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

About me

Ochuko Oboh, MSW, RSW

I am a Mental Health Therapist and Registered Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals and couples achieve their goals and overcome life’s challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change, and to lead a fulfilling life, but sometimes need a little support and guidance to get there, and my role as a therapist is to help facilitate that process.

 

Therapy is not one size fits all, and each person brings their unique experiences, strengths, and challenges to the therapeutic process. That’s why I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a customized treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. At the heart of my approach is a deep respect for each person’s unique journey and lived experience.
